  • Budget Validation - Review project budget and identify efficiencies and potential cost savings

  • Equipment Validation - Review cost alternatives based on equipment price points; Review end-to-end design to ensure no unnecessary oversizing has been included; Ensure correct components are being sourced by sub-trades prior to installation

  • Delivery Management - Review major equipment upon arrival, Collect/track factory info (e,g. FAT reports), Coordinate craning activities with landlord
